Zauberhafte Weihnachten

Hallo,

 

dieses Jahr zu Weihnachten hat eines meiner Bärchen einen großen Auftritt als Weihnachtsgeschenk gehabt - meine Bärchenhexe Plumella Hazelton hat geduldig in ihrem Päckchen gewartet, bis sie endlich ihre neue Besitzerin kennen lernen durfte: Flubys und meine beste kleine Freundin Shania - die 7-jährige Tochter meiner Freundin Melli.

... this year at Christmas it was showtime for one of my bearies being a Christmas gift - my beary witch Plumella Hazelton was waiting patiently in her packet until she could get to know her new owner: Fluby's and mine best little friend Shania - the 7-year-old daughter of my friend Melli.

         

          

Plumella ist übrigens die Nichte von Sir Archibald Hazelton... und wie man unschwer erkennen kann, hat auch sie in einem Duell mit dem Bösen Magier einiges verloren...

Plumella btw is the niece of Sir Archibald Hazelton... and as you can easily see she too lost something in a duel with the Evil Wizard...

      

          

Ob es allerdings an der ähnlichen Figur liegt, dass sie sich mit Snowy so gut versteht...

But if the similar figure might be the reason why she gets along so well with Snowy...

            

 

... oder mehr daran, dass die beiden zusammen gereist sind, der eine als Geschenk für Melli und die andere als Geschenk für Shania... man weiß es nicht. Ist ja aber auch egal, Hauptsache, die beiden verstehen sich und Snowy kommt gut mit der Zauberei klar... *lach*

... or if it might be the fact that they both traveled together, one as a gift for Melli and the other as a gift for Shania... noone can know. But anyway, the only thing that counts is that they like each other and Snowy isn't afraid when she starts to spread her magic... *LOL*

 

 

Und ordentlich gezaubert hat Plumella auch, nachdem sie Shania kennen gelernt hatte. Diese Bilder habe ich mir einfach gemopst - aber die sind so schön, die muss ich hier einfach zeigen (Sei mir nicht böse, Kleines... aber die Fotos hast Du einfach klasse hingekriegt... naja, bist eben Papas Tochter... *zwinker*)

And Plumella spread a lot of magic after making friends with Shania. I admit I have "stolen" these pictures - but they are so lovely that I simply have to show them here (Don't be angry with me, dearie.. but you've taken some fantastic photos... well, you're Daddy's girl for sure... *wink*) 

 

Gleich nach ihrer Ankunft hat Plumella nämlich den heimtückischen Kalorien den Kampf angesagt... die ganz besonders gefährlich sind, wenn sie in Form von Schokoladenweihnachtsmännern daher kommen...

Right away after her arrival Plumella started a fight against the treacherous calories... which are extremely dangerous when they come along in the shape of chocolate Santas...

 

 

Statt Schokolade hat sich Plumella lieber einen guten Freund gewünscht...

Plumella prefered having a good friend instead of chocolate...

 

 

... und die Schokolade gegen einen Schildkrötenfreund eingetauscht. Kassiopeia heißt ihre neue Freundin und wenn Plumella ihren Zauberstab schwingt, dann wird Kassiopeia nicht nur groß sondern sogar zum Reittier. Das glaubt Ihr nicht? Na, dann seht selbst:

... and exchanged the chocolate for a turtle friend. Kassiopeia is the name of her new friend and when Plumella starts to wave her wand Kassiopeia not only turns big but she also becomes a riding animal. You don't believe that? Well, then trust your eyes:

           

 

 

Praktisch, oder? Ich wünschte, das könnte ich mit meinem Auto auch machen... *lach*

Very convenient, isn't it? I really wish I'd be able to do this with my car... *LOL*

Neue Schneewesen

Hallo,

 

auch wenn meine Nähnadel zur Zeit Weihnachtsurlaub hat - aber zum Beginn der Weihnachtszeit sind mir noch zwei Schneewesen von der Nadel gehüpft, die ich Euch hier vorstellen möchte. Zunächst - Ladies first - Lady Doreen de Winter:

Doreen war ein Geschenk im Adventskalender, den ich für meine Eltern gemacht habe. Meine Mutter liebt Schneewesen - in jeder Form. Und nun kommen wir zu Mr. Snow, genannt Snowy:

Doreen was a gift in the Advent calendar I've made for my parents. My Mom loves snow beings - in any appearance. And now you're going to meet Mr. Snow, called Snowy:

         

            

            

Snowy war Teil meines kombinierten Geburtstags- und Weihnachtsgeschenks für meine Freundin Melli - und er hat dort seine Vorliebe für weihnachtliches Dekorieren gleich ausleben können... (*klick*) ;O)

Snowy was part of my combined Birthday- and Christmas gift for my friend Melli - and there he was able to do what he likes most to do t - decorating for Christmas... (*click*) ;O)

Rubiella, die rote Fee

Hallo,

 

heute möchte sich Rubiella, die rote Fee, hier vorstellen. Die liebe Silke hat sich ein rotes Feenbärchen von mir gewünscht - nun... rot und Fee kommt hin, wie Ihr jetzt sehen werdet... ;O)

... today Rubiella, the red fairy, would like to be introduced. Dear Silke asked me for a commission, she wanted a red fairy bairy - well... she's red and she's a fairy as you're going to see right now... ;O)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rubiella ist zusammen mit Hazel in die Villa Ratatouille gezogen und dort kennt man inzwischen auch schon ihr kleines Geheimnis... denn manchmal kann sich so eine Bärchenfee auch in einen echten Bärchenengel verwandeln...

Rubiella traveled together with Hazel to the Villa Ratatouille and there they know about her little secret already... because sometimes a bairy fairy might change into a real beary angel...

 

 

Und bestimmt wird Rubiella nun hin und wieder in ihrem neuen Zuhause den einen oder anderen Herzenswunsch erfüllen... ;O)

I hope every now and then Rubiella will grant a heart wish in her new home... ;O)

Hazel

Hallo,

 

endlich ist mir mal wieder ein neues BiWuBärchen von der Nadel gehopst... Hazel möchte sich heute vorstellen. Sein Name wurde inspiriert vom Herbst, in dem er geboren wurde... von Haselnüssen, die wie ich finde, als Haselnussmehl eine ähnliche Farbe haben wie sein Fell... und natürlich auch ein bisschen von einem der Hauptcharaktere aus einem meiner Lieblingsbücher, "Watership Down" von Richard Adams - das Hazel als Miniaturausgabe dabei hat... ;O)

... finally a new BiWuBeary has hopped from my needle... today Hazel would like to be introduced. His name was inspired from autumn when he was born... from hazelnuts who in my opinion have when powdered the same colour as his fur... and of course somehow from one of the main characters from one of my favourite books, "Watership Down" by Richard Adams - Hazel isn't complete without his own miniature version... ;O)

 

 

Aber wie alle BiWuBärchen liebt Hazel auch Ausflüge in den Garten... und deshalb haben wir hier ein paar Bilder von Hazels erstem Ausflug in unseren bereits leicht herbstlichen Garten für Euch.

But like all BiWuBearies Hazel also likes exploring the garden... that's why we'd like to show you some pictures of Hazel's tour in our garden that's already starting to prefer for fall.

    

 

Und nach dem Fotoshooting hatte er sich wirklich eine Belohnung verdient - ratet mal, welche Schokolade er am liebsten mag...

And after this photoshooting he deserved a reward indeed - just guess which kind of chocolate he likes the most...

Blue, die blaue Fee

Hallo,

 

heute möchte sich mein neuestes BiWuBärchen vorstellen - Blue, die blaue Fee.

... today my newest BiWuBeary would like to introduce herself - Blue, the Blue Fairy.

 

Die Inspiration für dieses besondere Bärchen kam von einer Spieluhr, die ich vor einiger Zeit gekauft habe und die zu meiner eigenen Überraschung nicht die üblichen Spieluhrlieder zum Besten gab, sondern das bekannte "When you wish upon a star" aus Disney's Pinocchio. Auch diejenigen, die diesen Film nicht kennen, aber schon mal eine Disney DVD gesehen haben, kennen das Hauptthema dieses Liedes - es findet sich im Anfangsjingle der DVDs wieder.

The inspiration for this special beary came from a music box I've bought some time ago. To my own surprise it wasn't playing the usual music boxes songs but the well-known "When you wish upon a star" from Disney's Pinocchio. Even those of you who didn't watch this movie but once have watched a Disney DVD will recognize the main theme of this song - it's the starting jingle of the DVDs.

 

Auch wenn man es auf den Bildern meistens nicht so gut erkennen kann - aber bei Blue ist eine Menge Feenstaub mit im Spiel... auf ihrer Nase, ihren Flügeln und ihrer Spieluhr. Und wie es sich für die blaue Fee gehört, hat sie natürlich ihren Zauberstab dabei und zur Sicherheit gleich ein ganzes Glas voller Wunschsterne. Ob sie Euch allerdings Eure Wünsche erfüllen wird, kann ich nicht versprechen - aber ihr selbst habe ich einen Wunsch erfüllen können, denn sie wollte unbedingt einen Ausflug in unseren Garten machen. Wenn Wunscherfüllung doch immer so einfach wäre... ;O)

Although you can hardly spot it on the pictures - but Blue brings a lot of fairy dust with her... on her nose, her wings and her music box. And being the Blue Fairy she proudly carries her own wand and brings a jar filled with wishing stars along with her. But I can't promise she'll make your wishes come true - but I was able to fulfil her own wish for her because she really wanted to make a trip to our garden. If granting wishes would always be that easy... ;O)

 

 

Komisch - die blaue Hortensie hat Blue magisch angezogen... *lach*

Funny somehow - it was some kind of magical attraction between Blue and the blue hydrangea... *LOL*

 

 

Aber auch in Rosen fühlt sich so eine Bärchenfee offensichtlich wohl...

But obviously a beary fairy also enjoys sitting in roses...

 

 

 

 

Die Äpfel müssen noch ein bisschen am Baum bleiben - aber als Landeplatz sind sie schon gut geeignet.

The apples need to stay on the tree a little longer - but they're already good for landing and resting.

 

 

Die Farbkombi ist ein echter Hingucker, oder? Aber es geht auch etwas dezenter...

This colour combination is a true eyecatcher, isn't it? But we can also do it a little more subtle...

 

 

Und - was glaubt Ihr, wo es Blue am Besten gefallen hat?

Naja, blau und blau gesellt sich offensichtlich gern... Übrigens, wenn Blue nicht gerade den Garten erkundet, sitzt sie am Liebsten auf ihrer Spieluhr - und das sieht dann so aus:

Schneemann und Erdbärchen im August

Hallo,

 

meine beiden neuesten Bärchen haben nun ihren Weg in die BiWuBären-Galerie gefunden.

... now my two latest bearies found their way to the Gallery of BiWuBears.

 

Freezy ist mein neuester Schneemann - nach langer Zeit mal wieder mit traditionellem Zylinder und mit einem der wunderhübschen Schals, die Ilona extra für mich gestrickt hat.

Freezy is my latest snowman - after ages a new one with a traditional top hat and wearing one of the beautiful scarves Ilona knitted for me.

            

            

Freezy war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Mutter, die zu ihrem Ehrentag noch das Schneebärchen Flakes von meiner Freundin Melli geschenkt bekommen hat.

Freezy was a birthday present for my Mom who also got the snow beary Flakes from my friend Melli on her special day.

           

             

Freezy und Flakes sind bereits unzertrennliche Freunde, allerdings habe ich manchmal den Eindruck, dass Freezy darüber nachdenkt, einen Sommerjob als Pinguinwärter bei Hagenbeck's anzunehmen...

Freezy and Flakes already are best frineds although I sometimes get the impression Freezy thinks about getting himself a summer job as a penguin guard at Hagenbeck's (famous big zoo in Hamburg)...

            

            

Nun, mit diesen Pinguinen kommt er ja schon ganz gut zurecht, der kleine Kerl... ;O)

Well, looks like he gets along quite well with those penguins, the little chap... ;O)

            

              

 Und natürlich hat auch Barry, der eigentlich S. T. Rawbarry heißt, seinen Weg in die BiWuBären-Galerie gefunden. Copper

Hallo,

 

mir ist endlich mal wieder ein neues BiWuBärchen von der Nadel gehüpft - und es war diesmal keine Frage, wie der kleine Kerl heißen würde - Copper!

... finally a new BiWuBeary has hopped from my needle - and this time it was no question at all how that little guy should be named - Copper!

        

           

Sein Fell ist wirklich ein Traum, aber das war ihm nicht genug. Er hat darauf bestanden, dass ich ihm noch ein kleines Kupferaccessoire mitgebe, einen Kupfertopf gefüllt mit Rosen. "Falls ich mal ein neues Zuhause bekommen sollte" hat er gesagt "dann bringe ich gleich ein schönes Geschenk mit." Nun, das ist zwar richtig, aber dennoch... er kann mich nicht täuschen, er findet es einfach klasse, mit dem Kupfertopf herumzualbern. Nun gut, ich habe vorgesorgt, wenn er meint, den Topf als Hut aufsetzen zu müssen, dann leiden die Rosen wenigstens nicht darunter. Aber nun genug der Worte - hier kommt Copper!

His fur is really beautiful but that wasn't enough for him. He insisted that I should add a small copper accessoire, a copper pot filled with roses. "If I should ever come into a new home" he said "then I'm going to bring a lovely gift along with me." Well, that's of course true, nevertheless... he can't fool me, he simply enjoys fooling along with that copper pot. But okay, I've been careful, if he feels like wearing the pot as a hat then the roses won't have to suffer. But now enough of small talk - here comes Copper!
